I have been looking at a specific card and i've noticed that the last few BGS 9s have sold well under PSA 9s. So the question is, how big of a difference is there between the two? I've seen almost a $200 difference if not more.

Depends on card and depends on the registry pop

This. Also depends on the subgrades. A high BGS 9 with one or two gem mint sub-grades (especially centering) might sell for a higher price than a PSA 9. Similarly a BGS 9 with a one subgrade of 8.5 (especially centering) might sell for slightly lower price than PSA 9

I agree it depends on the card. I recently bought 2 Favre's 91' & 92' Stadium Clubs and ended up with PSA 9's even though I prefer BGS because you see the Subs and know where the Flaws are. PSA doesn't even bother to let you know what the issue was but they were cheaper and easier to find.
