Certified Missing Hit/Redemption 191

Bought a box of Certified from my LCS today. (Boy this stuff is going up in price...). And two things have come up.

One, I'm missing a hit. I got a Toews Jersey (nice), A Brayden Irwin Auto Mirror Blue (Meh), and a RC jersey/Auto Redemption. (More on that in a sec). As far as I know and have seen, Certified contains 4 hits. And I'm pretty sure the jersey/auto doesn't count as 2 hits. I sent a Quality Assurance email to Panini. Are they pretty stickler about sending all the documentation? It's no problem for me to do, but if I don't absolutely have to I wont bother. Will they send me a replacement hit? And am I going to have to send my whole box back? Commons and hits and the like? :mad:

The redemption is for a Mirror Red Freshman Fabric Signature #191. Which isn't listed in Becket and is STILL TBD on Panini's site. Am I missing something? The FF Signature CL is pretty impressive, I was lucky to pull Jeff Skinner when it first came out (had NO idea the kid would turn out to so good, I'm glad I hung on to it.) Any ideas who it is? I'm excited to see who it'll be. :D

I have no idea who it is but normally their QA for me has been pretty good. Also, I really like Certified but it is getting too high for me to jump on. Also, HUGE Avs fan as well. I head to Columbus as often as I can for Avs games. We need to pick it the hell up.

I bought a box and in 1 pack all the cards were messed up (the foil was peeling off, the corners were dented). these cards were not high-end (some senator fabric of game, mirror luongo and semin base card) anyways i wasn't happy and i sent them back $30 courier with all the docs. I got the cards back (in great condition), the only thing I was ticked about was that they didn't include an extra card or two for the hassle I went through. Their customer service is garbage too, cant get the simplest questions answered!

Just looking at my redemption, I think it's funny they go through the time to foil stamp the front and make the back all shiney and awesome. Not that I'm complaining of course. :D

Edit: Ok found it, but wouldn't Panini have updated their checklist by now seeing as that announcement was in December? There was also talk today by a local shop-owner that I spoke with that Panini for some reason was unable to obtain signatures or licensing or something from the players they had originally planned to use for these, and so they're going to be replaced with somebody. Which is why they are still listed as TBD. Thats just what I heard though, no way to check that.

good luck...I sent damaged cards back to Panini in November. Got them back last week, nothing high-end or anything and they did send back the cards in amazing shape...But, I went through the hassle of sending all the packaging,cards,receipt,paperwork and I sent it back via courier($30) and Panini didn't have the balls to send me a extra card for the pain...not even a little letter to say sorry for the hassle! Let me know how you get on.

WHoa...got a response today from Peggy! :p They asked what hits I DID get. I sent a scan and listed them, but why would that matter? :confused:

I finally bit the bullet and redeemed it. Not the hugest fan of Mr. Fowler but I don't think I was going to be able to move it any time soon. Still says TBD when I redeemed it though. Has anyone else heard buzz about these announced players being replaced? :confused:

No but if it turns out to be Fowler you should be able to move it. Do you know what's its numbered to.

I'm still waiting for Tedenby and Shattenkirk(by the time I get it they should have him in a Blues uniform) And I spoke to Panini last week and told me the players are under contract and I just have to wait for now.

So, after HOURS of trying to get Panini on the phone, I found out what my replacement card is. Can't complain at all. Thumbs up for making this right, :)! Took a long, long time. But for what I'm getting, it's worth it.

Certified Fabric of the Game Eric Staal Auto 6/25. :D

Just three more redemptions to go. Yip, Holos, and Fowler.
