Why do you always have to have a smart a$$ comment for everything? You reply to almost every thread and it's usually nothing meaningly. Blowout has and is changing for the worse. People on here think they're God and rule the place. Just don't comment if you don't have any good input.
OP- it's just what collectors want for a rookie card. They used to be more short printed but now they print the living day lights out of them. I personally think optic holo's are the card to have. Less print run and I think they look nicer.

Not that Mr. Ninja needs anyone to speak on his behalf, but the reason is that when you've been here long enough it becomes easy to sniff out previously banned members (PBM) and their troll and/or pump and dump attempts. Our PBM radar is strong.
Just look at the very first post the OP made in his (new) Blowout career. It will tell you everything you need to know. New people to the forums don't post like that, and they don't create threads like this without providing any context. So, veteran board members call them out, and then usually they are banned shortly thereafter because they can't control themselves.

They used to be for the low budget crowd, then Ben Simmons silvers went bananas because he basically had almost NO OTHER CARDS. He had zero RC memorabilia or Autographs because of his Upper Deck exclusivity deal. The Prizm numbered parallel prices were in another stratosphere, so anybody who wasn't rich were fighting over the only Prizm parallel that was remotely affordable.
Somehow these very unique market conditions bled over to other players, I have no clue why, they all have plenty of other cards to get. Its weird, I would have to think the ride will end at some point. Its an un-numbered stupid refractor, shouldn't be worth much more than base. 2x or 3x on a good day. But hey, who says any little pictures of men should be worth money at all.

If that was the cause it would have happened much sooner after Topps lost their license. The Op, like most people who think about are puzzled why the most plentiful parallel is almost the most expensive, it defies the laws of supply and demand. In Topps Chrome issues, the color refractor parallels far outsell the base refractor version, sometimes that not the case with Prizm. That is what the question is about.

Did you or the OP even take a look at any of the titles on the first page of the basketball hobby talk? If you had skimmed through the first page, you would have found 10+ threads talking about prizm, prizm craze and prizm prices.
You will get comments like the ones you got here because it becomes clutter to keep starting threads about the same thing over and over again. There is no logic behind starting a new fresh thread about a topic that is already being discussed numerous times, whether or not you are new or regular.

Doesn't matter how many threads there are. I know I get sick of every thread someone getting ripped on so I would start a new thread as well rather than read a bunch of smart ass comments and never get an answer. Maybe the community should realize all the negative comments they're leaving and just answer the question in the first thread. Problem solved! That's no fun though for the vets around here....

Also understand the perspective of members that have been here for sometime. 49% of the time a thread like this is started by a PBM with shady motives, 49% of the time a similar thread with answers OP is looking for is on the first 3 pages and 2% of the time it’s helpful and useful to the members new and old on the boards. Is a negative approach the best? Probably not but I guess understand the frustration.
Also if you don’t like/can’t handle the negativity stay very very far away from all Lebron debates lol

The response is wrong. Silvers are not being fueld by demand for rookies. Infact if you take a look at whats on fire for 2012 prizm, its all the vets. They are going off on auction endings higher than ever. But the rookies are not seeing the same surge. So that statement is false to say its because people want silvers because of rookies.
Infact all years of silver vets are taking off more so than rookies.

OP- I apologize on behalf of myself and pej. I am truly sorry to all those whom my words may have affected. Words cannot express how deeply disappointed I am in myself and my actions. This certainly is not the man I was raised to be.
I pray my hasty reply did not hinder your ability to conduct daily activities or maintain interpersonal relationships. If it did, then I'm willing to reach out and meet in person to apologize face to face. Maybe get some lunch on me.
I will be humbly attending the mandatory 300 hours of public sensitivity awareness courses to ensure this kind of reprehensible outburst does not happen again.

Ninjacookies- you need to get out more and see sun light. It's not about being sensitive, it's about being respectful. 300 hours is not enough for you!
