NT Baker /25 with some damage, thoughts?

Pulled this Baker from a box of Nt and bottom left of the patch window has a slight tear. What are my options here? Should i send it back to Panini?

Secondly, I would absolutely contact panini. That’s a big $$ impairment.

Im only worried they replace it with someone other than baker

Havent done any replacements before so not sure what to expect
