Ebay Shipping Question

So I printed out the prepaid shipping label and the buyers name is "X X". I looked at the transaction on Paypal and the buyer has a real name. Do I cross out the "X X" on the label and put the real name on the label or do I leave it alone and hope the package gets to this person?

Probably a foreign buyer? I’d write in their correct name from PayPal.
I had that once before with a Chinese buyer.

hand write the name, dont change it on the label through ebay or you could lose seller protection.

I wouldjust leave it. All it needs to do is show delivered. Also if it gets refused you will win any claim as well. The name part is not as important as the address. I have many items where the ebay name is different than delivery name. Never had an issue

Thanks for the responses. I will probably add the name to the label, since the address has an apt # as well, and PO's have been known to deliver to wrong apt. #'s before.

I am sure he does. This one caught me off guard because the person had "X X" as the registered name. And the name via Paypal was not a famous celebrity name, at least that I know of.
