Black Prizm 1/1 Player Collections, Blake Griffin

I know Blake Griffin doesn't get much hobby love, or any love for that matter, so thanks for looking.

Admittedly, I'm not a huge fan of Prizm stuff or most Panini products (I'm mostly a 90's guy), but when they came out with the Black 1/1 refractors I got excited about them. They seemed like the ultimate chase and reminded me of the masterpiece 1/1 from the 90's. Blake Griffin and Lob City was my favorite thing to watch around the 2013 season so I decided to try to find a Griffin Black Prizm 1/1. Well, you're all familiar with what happens next - one turns into two, two into three, then you decide you should just try to get all that you can. A few years later Panini started ruining their idea by adding a Black 1/1 to every product they put out and, in some sets, even adding multiple variations of the Black 1/1's (2014-15 Prizm for example). They are still a fun chase and an excuse for me to participate in the current products. I'm also still a big fan of Blake Griffin and I'm glad he's still finding success in the league even though his athleticism isn't what it used to be.

If you have any or know of any Blake Griffin Black 1/1's I'd be thrilled if you PM me and let me know, whether they are for sale or not. Also, If anyone else has a Black Prizm 1/1 player collection please post pics in this thread, it would be cool to see similar collections.

Agreed, definitely doesn’t get enough credit, but he does still need to prove himself in the playoffs, and unfortunately this year doesn’t look like the year for that with his injury and having to face the Bucks in the first round. Thanks for love on the collection.

Wow so many. Those Blake’s look great. I collect Rodman and he doesn’t have that many. I came across the regular black spurs uniform many years ago but couldn’t come to a deal with the seller. One of many hobby regrets. Here is what I have.
