How long from the purchase date are you good for buyer protection? Bought a card little over a month ago, tracking says its stuckin in NY, and ebay says my item doesnt qualify for a refund. Is it because its past 30 days?

Was the card sent from overseas?
I bought a card on eBay and it sat from 13 days as tracking showed. I contacted seller then the next day it showed in the mailbox. It was sent with speedpak so once the package made it through customs it went usps but the tracking number didn't convert over. Maybe its that sorts of deal.

No, it was sent from NY, and has been stuck there since.

If you paid using paypal I believe it's still 180 days you can file for a refund.

Sometimes Ebay protection will override that unless a CC is used.
You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file with Ebay.
Why wait a month to file? 3 weeks no item I don't care what tracking says I file.

Well I finally got the card. 2 months later due to what ever reason USPS had for the delay.
