Id think 95% chance he has one. Hes one of the lower tier top guys or higher tier middle guys. Hes also had few autos in the season so should be a safe bet. Good luck!! Also, still would love the trade... got sacramento kings and grizzlies in the 10 casers :) let me know!

100% chance.
usually all the 1st round picks and half the 2nd round picks have an rpa.
I think last year there were 46 total rpas.
i think any top 20 draft pick will have one for sure.
