I have an eBay buyer who is having me ship items to his COMC mailbox address. I have a couple of questions.
1. He has purchased multiple items and has sent me an invoice request to combine shipping. The default state that displays for taxes is Washington. Do I leave as that or do I change to NC where I live?
2. I state that I ship cards in individual top loaders. Does COMC charge for removing cards from top loaders? If so, then I should probably ship like COMC does with cards in penny sleeves sandwiched between top loaders. These are $2 each cards and I’m trying to save the buyer some money.
