OK I know Ebay loves the buyers and could care less about us sellers. Anyway I get this neg from a buyer and they never even contacted me prior to. I sent a card ($40) that had a flaw on it I did not see it and it was not visible in the pictures. So almost a week after receiving the card I get hit with a negative and all that the buyer had to do was contact me and I would of taken care of it. Even offer the buyer the chance to sent it back after the negative was given, but have received no response. Have any of you tried to ask ebay to remove a negative or is that not possible and I should just take the neg and move on. It just bothers me as I pride myself on good customer service and this buyer didnt even give me a chance

Welcome to the club.
As long as the feedback isn't hidden and most of it was positive, a few negs would never steer me away from a specific seller.
If eBay still allows it, you might consider responding to the negative feedback. Do not make it personal. Something like: "Sorry for the problem with the transaction, I aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction." Think of it this way: you are speaking to the NEXT customer, not the previous one.
Most negs and dings I've received were due to my failures to specify condition problems. Look over your inventory carefully and be honest and to the point.

There is a way to send a request for feedback revision to the buyer. I've had luck in the past by sending a buyer a message and asking how I could fix the issue. If they refuse to change it then you can put a response on the feedback. Like the previous person said 1 negative shouldn't hurt you too much.

I have had many removed but the buyer not contacting you is not going to be enough.
Negs do not hurt unless you get multiples for the same reason in a short period of time.

I think my 1st is coming so I may finally be in the club. buyer has someone stealing her mail and has a rather interesting history of it happening from what I've seen on toolhaus, but wants to know what I'm going to do about her not getting her mail from her mailroom/doorman/carrier.

yup, she's been pestering me virtually non-stop since the 21st.

I did a google lookie on the address yesterday and it's a million dollar loft in NYC.
I told her to contact her PO for geotracking multiple times and all she says is her doorman and carrier don't have it.
I told her last week she could open a missing mail claim 7 business days after it shows delivered, but she keeps asking me what I'm going to do.
I told her someone must be stealing her mail. So I opened a missing mail case and told her that the USPS will prosecute anyone caught doing mail fraud (you know as a scare)
Then I did a toolhaus search.

If it shows delivered and the item was shipped in your stated handling time if the neg is about the non-delivery then once she leaves it call Ebay and it should be removed. Better yet have her open a claim where it should be decided in your favor and the neg removed that way.

If tracking shows delivered, you will win most "item not received" claims against you.
If negative feedback is left, you can always call eBay to request removal of feedback if you believe said feedback to be against policy. (feedback extortion, for example) eBay can look at messages between buyer/seller for evidence.
Remember, one bad feedback will never sink a ship. That is my opinion.
