I can't for the life of me figure out a quote for shipping a standard sized bubbler to France... Paypal ship now doesnt give a price for international and USPS.com is for big packages only apparently... Anyone have any idea?

Paypal ship now will give quotes for international.
Look at the top when you start putting the information in.

Does USPS First Class Intl provide full tracking? Tracking that provides eBay with proof of delivery? I used to ship a lot of Intl back in 2012-13, and it didn't have full tracking back then, but I'm wondering if things have changed since then?

Some places it does, other places it doesn't. Thats why I use GSP.

Edit: I can't ship a 6 ounce package for $6.98 unless I make it as "documents". A package marked "goods" is $14.


Can I get away with customs marking a bubbler as documents?

This is a $33 deal LOL.

Buyer said mark documents- never had an issue.
