Ok, so I haven't busted the 8 cases yet but I'll post some results as I go through each.
Case #1 Highlights:
48 chrome (Matsuzaka, Lincecum, several stars)
26 chrome refractor (miller, iwamura, mantle, arod)
5 black chrome refractor (Mantle, okajima)
15 relics (nothing too hot, Ortiz, Hamilton RC)
3 framed cloth cards (iwamura, reyes, dye) These are pretty cool btw! Scan coming up.
Only two autos though (Zumaya, Chavez) and Ortiz topper auto 19/25.

Did they re-use the Allen & Ginter relic and auto frames for those silk cards? Looks the same except printed black.

These are really nice looking cards this year. I hope they try the cloth cards in Heritage next year, something new that the hobby hasn't seen in a while - better than GU bat cards that sell for a $1 each. Okajima looks like a 90 year old man.

Okajima looks like a 90 year old man.
...and unfortunately for us Red Sox fans he is also currently pitching like one!
