Upper deck trading portal question

Is there any rules against paying for cards in trades on the epack or online forum for Upper Deck? I've seen cards I want to get there that I haven't seen on eBay but I am still getting use to that site. I'm not really huge into ripping packs so I didn't know if anyone has had experience buying there.

Its not uncommon for people to sell cards on ePack. It is frowned upon to post in the trade and talk to threads to offer money, guess UD doesn't like that. but in the private messages I have made deals on there, plus people do create Buy/Sell Threads on here for ePack. So it can be done.

Thanks for the answer and that was what I thought/feared. I really like those gold foil YGs but it feels like I would have to spend a ton in packs to just trade for what I want. Makes sense on their end to create more sales on what is an extremely cheap product to produce for them. Maybe I'll just play the long game on eBay and wait for what I want to appear.

The main problem with buying from ePack is the achievements. The value of .50¢ card in the real world can be almost $5-10 on the site if it is needed for an achievement. The YG foils are needed for some of the achievements so they will carry an extra value on the site. Off the site is much cheaper, as most are trying to recoup what they spent on the site. If you do looking on ePack for a specific card, go after the "redeemed" ones first as those have lost the extra value for achievements since it has been used already.

Thanks for the info, I will have to take a look at those redeemed ones. Hopefully there's people willing to move those.
