There should be a link in the return case to send the buyer a label.

If all else fails, call eBay and have them walk you through it.

They only five business days to ship back to you once you accept the return.
After that eBay will close the case in your favor if you call them.

called ebay. All resolved.
Im not gonna have to do the pre-paid shipping. The buyer have to do that on his own.

Once received i need to refund in full + return shipping.

I just hope he send it thru 1st class and not priority. He'll kill my little profit.

OHH MAN! COMMON!

I called yesterday and ebay resolved it by giving the buyer the full authority to return the item and i paid in full + return shipping once received. (since i dont know how to pre paid shipping label)

Well today i received the same message back ....that i need to make a pre paid shipping label.

I feel the buyer also called ebay. This is not going to end.

I do not believe you mentioned why the return. Does your eBay listing say that you accept returns?

If the return is because the buyer changed his mind, return shipping is on him.

If the return is because the item was "not as described", the shipping is on you.

More info needed.

Is not that i dont want to pay shipping. Is that i dont know how to do it.

But to answer your question, the patch is huge enough that the side of the card is opening a little. So "not as described"
