So, my understanding was that COMC Guests are treated like Amazon and eBay buyers and don't receive the breaks that COMC members do.
I'm currently running a sale and sold a card to a COMC Guest. The card was listed at $39.74 with a 35% discount. I was credited $24.15 ($25.84 sales price - $1.29 transaction fee and - $.40 promotion fee). By contrast, during the sale, I've sold cards on eBay at the non-discounted price. For example, a $10 card sold on eBay (Card was listed at $10, but on sale for $7) and I received the expected $9.50 credit.
Is the COMC Guest getting the sale price, or is COMC double dipping (keeping the sale price difference and charging the additional 15% to the COMC Guest)?

Everyone receives the sale price. Comc_guest and Ebay. Only thing I can think of is your card sold on ebay before the sale price updated on the ebay website in which case comc would credit you the before sale price.

Budler, yes there are increased fees to com_c guest and e-bay but I believe he was referring to his $3 discounted price he offered on the website.
Like if a card is $0.02 comc guest would be pay 0.57 but if you discounted it 50% to 0.01 comc guest would then pay $0.55 in which case the seller would get the 0.01 from the sale and comc guest did in fact pay a discounted price. Ebay works the same but there can be a 15+ minute delay for the updated price to be seen on ebay.

I know for a fact that this is wrong. eBay and Amazon do NOT get the sale price. They never did and they still don't. As this is the first time I've sold to a COMC Guest during a sale, I was surprised that it went through at the sales price. My understanding was the whole guest thing was to appease eBay and Amazon that non-members would not get a better price (guaranteed lowest price on eBay/Amazon) on the COMC site.

Thanks, Budler! Unfortunately my copy of the above card is not on eBay. Using your method and one that is I get:
COMC $14.74 discounted to $10.32 https://www.comc.com/Cards/Hockey/1996-97/Rimouski_Oceanic_Quebec_Police_-_Base/4/Vincent_Lecavalier/10911985
eBay $21.48 https://www.ebay.com/itm/1996-97-Rimouski-Oceanic-Quebec-Police-4-Vincent-Lecavalier-QMJHL-Rookie-Card/233087275299?hash=item3645159123:m:mcPDQFqGueUOZ-g335XK9XA:sc:USPSFirstClass!60091!US!-1
COMC Guest $12.41
So the COMC Guests do get the sale price (albeit with the COMC additional fees), but the eBay buyers don't. I wonder if eBay and Amazon know this.
