View Full Version : Paying for eBay Shipping Labels Question

Currently when I print a shipping label through eBay it charges my credit card.

Instead of it going on my credit card I would like for it to come out of my paypal balance.

I have searched all over and can't figure out how to change this. Can someone help please?

Are you on Ebay managed payments or still Paypal?

If still Paypal you need to go into Paypal and change your preferences there

Correct, It would be under Pre-Approved Payments..

I do mine thru PayPal’s site and get the option of how to pay,
Including PayPal balance

Why wouldn't you want it through your credit card? You get the points, then before the bill is due, transfer the money for all the shipping from Paypal to your bank

not everyone wants to deal with that. personally, I usually want the shipping to be deducted from the PayPal payment as that was where the money from the sale is.

If you do it straight through Paypal its easier to keep everything streamlined for recordkeeping purposes. It shows in the Paypal reports as shipping fees paid. If you go with a CC even a PP debit Card it does not show as that.

I tried this and still can't get it to switch over. I guess I'm just an idiot.
