So I typically use my PayPal account for all my buy/sell since my wife doesn’t quite “get” the cards thing but pacifies me with it being ok when it’s not “our” money.

I am helping an older gentleman sell a few things and acting as a consigner for him but he wants to be paid in cash.

What’s the easiest/cheapest way to withdraw about $1000 from my PayPal Business Debit card?

Depends on what your daily withdraw limit is. It might be cheaper than an ATM to go to Wal-Mart and buy a candy bar and pay with it.

The easiest way would be to transfer it to your bank account and then withdraw it from your bank typically next business day.

If you are consigning you might want to hold the funds at least a couple of weeks to ensure there are no problems.
