Sold a lot of cards, buyer claims one has a nick in a corner. All looked good upon shipping and photos I included don’t show any damage. Wrote no returns on my
listing, what are my courses of action?

If he open a SNAD case you will be accepting the return.

Would it be best to just refund it (less than $10) and have him keep the card or ask him to send it back prior to refund? He wants the rest of the lot...

Return for full refund. If he is asking for a partial you should be covered should he decide to neg you. For me its all or nothing on returns.

Your saying either return it all or nothing at all? If I refund the “damaged” card I’d be out of pocket less than $10, the whole lot was close to $100. The $10 doesn’t matter to me but the $100 would be frustrating to sell again...

You are encouraging bad behavior in buyers by giving in. 9 times out of 10 when you do that on a lot you never hear from the buyer again. If he does return then you just resell the lot. I would take the chance on him not returning anything even it it means I have to take a neg. Negs are nothing to be scared of.

this PERIOD
as you yourself stated in the op
"photos I included don’t show any damage"
my guess is they are fishing for a partial just to get some money back.
