Thanks... I think I'm going to try a set of Cobra OL (prob F8). I am pretty consistent off the tee and good around the greens/putter. The middle part is my down fall. Cant find any consistency. Pull here, push there, skull here, fat there... etc. Maybe one swing for each iron will help. Any thoughts??

Yea could create some more consistency with those iron shots, I like where your head is on that. See how they feel though, I would recommend hitting as many different clubs as you can to see what works for you. I just upgraded to the new Mizuno JXP-919 forged irons and they are sweet. Mizuno's just feel different than any other irons I would recommend them to anyone. The JPX-919 Hot Metal may be ones to look at if you want some more forgiveness.

I pulled the trigger and got fitted for irons and driver/ 3 wood this year and its amazing the difference. Went from a 6.8 last year to a 3.6 currently this year. Im playing more so that has something to do with it, bit I give a lot of credit to the fitted clubs. Shots arent “leaking” anymore with irons and the misses are so much less severe. Its more than I imagined it would do.
