For all of my auctions, I have international exclusions set up as to not attract overseas sellers. However, there is one auction I want to allow to go to international sellers through the global program. In the auction it still shows the exclusions as active, however when I go to edit it, it shows “worldwide” as available. The the global shipping program override the exclusions settings or so I need to go into my account and turn them off??

When you list the item there is an option to make it available through the Global Shipping program. When it is in the GSP it will make your listings show worldwide.
Why would you not want to use the GSP on all your listings. You are likely already shipping overseas and don't even know it. So why not add the protection the GSP provides sellers.

Most of my stuff I wanted to keep local as to not deal with the hassle. This is something I wanted to Target Chinese buyers with.
I’ve had a chinese buyer have me ship to a US based drop shipper before but wanted to expand this one a little more to ensure exposure.
