I always liked this saying in car racing. If a Chevy wins Sunday's race, Chevy Dealers sell more cars the next day. It is a natural fit for football cards too.

I am not selling Mahomes, assuming he stays healthy the MVP is his to win again. In addition, their division isn't good. The Chargers are much worse than what everyone expected. The Broncos and Raiders both suck.

Depending what happens this Sunday, it may get even clearer the AFC is going to be decided by a repeat of last years AFC championship game. Interested to see how the Ravens fair in Arrowhead. The Colts were eliminated for this discussion when Luck retired and Pitt is a mess. Not sure besides Baltimore there is even another team in question at the top.

I personally would sell Lamar now or at least half of what I owned. I don't see them winning in Arrowhead on Sunday, that place will be rocking for the home opener. Not saying he won't have some numbers, but they won't win.

Same, I pulled 2 from the retail prestige boxes, an on card pass port auto and an Xtra Points /10 auto. Got about $50 for each but probably could have squeezed out a bit more had a I waited.

I'm new to the flipping game and that has been my problem, selling almost immediately. Hit a Daniel Jones auto 3 weeks ago and im holding on to it even though I could profit about $100 now based on comps.

Don't see much reason to sell Dak this early in the year, even though we know he's going to put up video game numbers against the Tankfins.

They have a Brees-less Saints the week after that. He's going to be high on the MVP ladder. A possible win vs. the Pack week 5 and things will get mental. In any event I see absolutely no way they don't run away with the division barring injury. They're loaded.

That's true and I fully understand it could bite me in the ass. Being kind of a newbie, I want to try the waiting game and see how it pans out. With the way he played in the preseason, Eli's current struggles, and the NY market I think it will be a learning experience.
