I am sorry if this sort of question has been asked before.

With regards to 2018-19 Upper Deck CHL, for the purpose of collectability,
which is the more desirable insert to have;

1) Top Level Talent
2) Scouting Report

or it makes no difference at all. : )

Not really sure that there's a huge difference unless insertion ratios are hugely variant.
