Do panini points get worth more on eBay when somethin special drop like kaboom?

I have around 1100 points in my account, haven't found anything worth while spending them on, also not sure about them increasing in value but they sell faster around the Kaboom craze, noticed it last year and this year for sure...

I have about 1300 in my account now, but all of the recent ones I have pulled(I think around 1600) I still have, and i'm waiting to see if anything is offered before I redeem them.

Even as a collector, I haven't seen anything that I care about redeeming in maybe a year or 2.

I used my final 1100 points on davante Adams and Jason witten autos. Then sold them for profit. I’m done with points finally. Now if I can get my last two redemptions, I’m done with that too. Then free!!!!!

What’s frustrating, is Everett has a live Contenders Optic RC auto. The Contenders Optic is not a Short Print and it’s a sticker auto. Not sure what they’re waiting for when it comes to releasing the Basic Contenders.
