I have someone who bought something located in Guam, when trying to ship PayPal said it wasn’t a valid address, he then sent me another address to send it to in the states, is this safe? Is their anyway to cancel this without a negative or should I feel safe shipping it

Have them go to their PayPal account and change the mailing address there and print the new label with the updated address on file.

If you don’t send to the address they have listed on their eBay account eBay can’t and won’t protect you, fyi.

May be the case but PayPal will if it’s shipped to PayPal address on file
