Delivery Confirmation ?

i sent a package with delivery confirmation but card has not showed up after 2 weeks. now buyer is threatening chargeback. i still have the DC receipt and the regular receipt from the po. what should/can i do?

Take reciept and DC reciept to your Post Office. they should be able to trace it from your end.

:eek: I've had this too happen to me stall if possible by letting the UPS try to find it. I waited 4 weeks then sent $20.00 refund then the buyer received the card 1 day later and wouldn't return the money or the card it was his choice so he decided to keep both. :(

There's not much you can do but wait. DC will not be able to be traced. 99 out of 100 times it will only be scanned at delivery so there is no other scan to trace. Either it will eventually be delivered, or it is lost or destroyed in the mail. You can let the buyer know the situation and offer some sort of refund if it doesn't show up in a couple weeks. I hope it shows up soon.

who does paypal side with in this type of situation? i have mailed the card and have proof. if buyer choses not to buy insurance i am still liable. would like to know for future reference.

If it is not scanned delivered then Paypal will side with the buyer.

I had one take over a month to get there. I refunded their 10 dollars. They still haven't delivered the item back.

here was my tuesday. which for the most part since school and fall/winter sports have started in pretty common

630 wake up
700 leave for work 20 miles away
730-400 work
4-445 pick up 4 year old at preschool go home
445-5 feed 3kids and make sure homework is done and bags are packed for sports
5-520 drive 15 miles to drop daughter off at swim
520 540 drive to hockey to get son dressed and ready for 600 practice.
6-710 watch hockey, get son undressed, and drop off at home
710-730 drive back to swim to pick up daughter
740-8 drive to hockey store
8-850 get daugther outfitted with new skates, helmet and some other gear
850-910 drive to pizza place in town to pick up dinner
915 home

have 3 kids in hockey, 2 also swim and my wife works mandatory overtime.
i am still trying to sell my bowman chrome baseball whenever i have a free second. still lurking just not posting too much.
