Can you give a definition of bulk? Are you looking for base cards? How much are you spending per card?
I have a little stack of base cards plus some retail pink pulsars I am looking to move. I’d sell them at something like 10 cents a card plus shipping if you are interested. Maybe 50 cards or so. That would be something like $10 shipped.

I have tons of base and red prizms I'm looking to move, and just a few silvers and other color prizms (orange, green, blue, pink pulsar). I probably have about 250-300 cards total I could do in a bulk lot pretty cheap.
