So I was scanning some cards and suddenly noticed for the first time that an 09 Elite Nick Franklin I have is a 1/1 (Guess I should get a hardcover sleeve)
Any thoughts on pricing (I rarely eBay anything)
Thanks in advance

He is a very good prospect, but has a Bowman Chrome Auto. Nothing has sold on Ebay numbered less than $100 in the past month so hard to guage value( Top sales $25 for /129).
Plus, he should be assigned to the Cal League this year and easily could put up huge numbers.
I would say $150-$250 range. That is the range I would be looking for value wise..but would do BIN/BO for $300 on EBay

Hes what people call a Hosmer...if theres 3 people, he'll sign and talk all you want.
If theres mobs, he wont go anywhere near.

Thanks for the info all. I've been looking at the card and think it's worth sending off to BGS as the centering looks spot on (unlike most of these elite cards i have).

Why grade a 1/1? It's not going to make it more valuable as it doesn't differentiate from other cards.

A back-to-back USA player like franklin is taught what to sign, how many times, etc. They do a little of that in the pros too. Don't take it personally.

Not bad for a 19 year old kid. :) At least he likes to talk. I wouldn't go near a mob either.
