Underrated Aaron Rodgers autograph rookie cards

They're all underrated. Seriously.

Most of his RC autos are sticker and are in rough condition.

I really like the look of the 2005 LRS, LCM, and Elite autos myself of the non top-tier (SPA/EXQ/Cont/Chrome).

SP Authentic severely underrated - it's the only GREAT rookie card that will EVER say "On the front of this card is an authentic piece of a patch from a game-worn jersey worn by Aaron Rodgers in an official NFL game"

Brady has no patches, neither does Manning, Brees is event worn, RW3 - current are all player worn garbage

If I were in the market for a Rodgers, I'd be after a Bowman's Best. One of my favorite sets, numbered to 199 with no parallels, and has an in-game shot rather than a practice uniform like a lot of them.

It is still a sticker auto, but so is just about everything of his. My personal favorites are his Press Pass autos because of how clean that set was (and on-card), but I know that's college uniform and not consider a "real" rookie.

One of my personal favorites is Limited. Base card is /250, then parallels at /100, /50, /25 and the 1/1 on eBay.
I have all except the 1/1.

Zenith, limited to 99 with only a few parallels out of 5 and a 1/1 I think.

Ultimate /99, clean design, rare. Available only as redemption card I believe.

SPX /250, GU with sticker auto. Available only as redemption.

Overall, Rodgers probably has less true RC autos made than Brady has Contenders autos. They are very low priced.

I second this. Sweet Spot is also very underrated IMO.

Back in the before times, Leaf was a high end brand. Until Panini bought out DLP (Donruss Leal Playoff) and sold the name to Brian Gray, who was making Razor brand minor league cards in his garage.

I have bought and sold dozens of Rodgers RC autos (and his other autos) through the years and right now I cannot believe how affordable some if his better RC autos are. I believe I saw some of his 2005 Spx /250 graded psa mint 9 that went for under 700 bucks...that is a great one to target. Considering most any rodgers auto sells for $175 minimum and lots of newer ones low # sell in the $250-$350 range, it is definitely time to buy rc autos. I saw an absolute memorabilia graded 9 that sold under 400 - insane! I pick them up when able in deals, and looking at current prices, I need to pickup a few more! Especially if you find the graded 10 autos because Rodgers had alot of bad autos in 2005. I agree the bowmans best /199 remains undervalued - alot of tough autos on that card, but if you find a nice one pick it up. Of course research what you find as it seems a number of Dodgers stuff was trimmed. Have fun with the search - some good deals out there.

Bowman Chrome is a nice clean card. A few different parallels that are lower #d too.
