I am beyond confused. I am simply wanting to know how much i NET after tax, fees, ect.

I know this $ includes some tax paid by by the buyer which I won't see in my PayPal.

When I go to my fees page, I see this:

85.75-13.77 = $71.98

HOWEVER...

If I calculate via PayPal... I got $76.06 from the transaction - $3.09 shipping = $72.97, - eBay fee of $10.68 = $62.29.

What is the easiest way to calculate how much I net?

I believe the "85.75" is what the buyer paid including taxes, which doesn't mean that's what you "got," maybe that includes shipping, I'm not sure as I only send with free shipping.

Just ignore what it says on the ebay sold page in terms of $ amounts. What really matters is what paypal you receive. The difference you noted is most likely all (or almost all) tax the buyer paid

Here's what I do:

Take what I received via paypal. Subtract shipping cost. Subtract 9.15% (my ebay FVF) from what my item sold for (including shipping).

Thanks for posting! Ok so my PayPal payment was $76.06 - $3.09 for shipping. Now, the problem is eBay tells me my combined PayPal fee AND eBay final value fee... I need JUST the eBay final value fee. How did you know your 9.15%?

When I go to my account activity/payment owed page, I see what the FVF was on a particular item, and then divide that over the sale price. It always ends up at like 9.145%, so I just round up generally
