Is there a report or query I can run when I am NOT the lowest priced on the card? Havent seen it. Rather than go through a large port card for card I'd lke to see a daily report of when I am not the lowest priced seller on a particular card

You have to go through it on your own - no way that I know of. Be careful rushing to the bottom, sometimes damaged cards are in there and artificially deflate prices.
