Plates from Panini available anywhere else?

Assuming the answer is no, but do Panini do anything like Topps Vault where they sell printing plates that weren’t put into products?
(I’m searching for a 2018 Classics Football plate that wasn’t packed out elsewhere - eg Plates and Patches.)

They do Plates & Patches, a release which is mainly all the plates they didn't release from the products earlier in the year.
