View Full Version : NEED INPUT on Ebay return/partial fund. What is fair?

Hey blowout friends, need your expert advice. I got a card on ebay, Luka Optic Fastbreak 177. I paid a little over 140 for this after ship, but when I got it, it had a pretty bad issue on the back. I dont think the seller noticed but it obviously is significant enough to request a return. But we are also talking partial refund and I'd like for it to be fair for both me and the seller.
See pics. Front actually looks perfect. See the back... it is a fairly deep impression and folding of the card.
What would a fair final sale price on this be so we can talk refund amount???

Don't be the guy asking for a partial refund. Either send it back for a full refund, or keep the card.

Card is worth $10-15 at most with the damage. Return and buy a different one
