8/15 73 yards in the game, that's one drive for Lamar or Mahomes..

Still so salty, bashing Tannehill on every online message board you can find isn’t going to get you your money back. And you failed to mention his TD pass or 11 rushing yards.

The defense doesn't look like a pushover.
Moreover, if Henry can't be stopped, it greatly helps them towards controlling TOP. The only way to beat a team like the Chiefs or Ravens is slowing the game down and trying to kill clock. Not saying they're going to win, but I think people may be overlooking the Titans.

You laugh now, but when the Patriots trade for him and the "Brady's heir" hysteria sweeps eBay.....

A Tannehill-Cousins Super Bowl would be a beautiful thing.

My SB party is ready. (well, kinda...I'd still like to see Russ...Cousins will suffice as a salty consolation prize)

I wonder how many QBs in the history of the NFL that were drafted in the top 10 were traded after their first year? He can have that as his chip on his shoulder and be a cool redemption story.

Reminds me of an oldy:
The year is 2028. Draft day.
After 1-year stints with the Cardinals, Dolphins, Bengals, Redskins, Cardinals, Steelers, Buccaneers, Cardinals and Raiders, Josh Rosen's phone rings.
It's Gruden.
"Hey Joshie, I've got some great news for you..."
Rosen exhales slowly before lighting a cigarette.
"...it's looks like you're going to be Brady's heir. Take the mantle from one of the greatest. A tremendous opportunity."
Rosen takes a long pull, filling his lungs with soothing nicotine.
"Coach G, Brady's been retired for three years now. That team is in shambles."
"Oh I don't think they'll be asking you to scramble much," continues Gruden, "I know your legs are still pretty fresh from not starting a game since your rookie season but the Belichick AI favors pocket passing. This could finally be your big chance."
Rosen looks down at the cigarette in his hand and wonders how many he'd have to smoke to be dead before the Raiders are on the clock to select their next franchise QB. He'd seen so many come and go already. Hell, Kaepernick had even started a game more recently than he had.
"Yeah, big break. Sounds great, coach." Rosen mumbles. Rosen's shoulders sag and then snap back into rigid posture. It's muscle memory by this point.
Don't want anyone to criticize my "body language."
Then Rosen consciously lowers his shoulders. Who gives a damn what people think at this point?
"Now I realize they're in a bit of a rebuilding phase..." Gruden's voice is now faint and distant. Rosen isn't listening. He pulls up highlights from an ancient comeback against Texas A&M on the 4D holo-screen that wraps around his bedroom. The bubble from the hot tub soon drown out the now former coach's words. Getting that hot tub back was the best thing that had happened to Rosen in the last ten years.
Rosen fills his lungs with smoke one last time and sinks into the silence beneath the surface.
Rosen's eyes snap open.
There is no sound and he is staring up at the belly of what seems to be an alien spacecraft. He is flat on his back and for a brief moment he wonders if he is about to be probed or if he already has been.
Then the sound come rushing back.
A cheering crowd. Whistles. Screaming helmets. A jumbotron that blocks out the sky. Someone named "Taco" is dancing and gyrating his hips off to Rosen's left.
Arlington, Texas. Dolphins and Cowboys.
Fitzpatrick had managed to lead the Dolphins to a touchdown on their opening drive and was promptly by coach Flores for unspecified reasons. Now it was his turn.
Returning to the huddle, Rosen calls the next play. One lineman is slow to break the huddle. He looks at Rosen with a sense of helpless sadness in his eyes. Rosen nods and understands. "Coach told me that if I don't let my guy shoot the gap, they won't trade me." The words hung between them, unsaid and fully understood.
Rosen takes his place in the shotgun.
I just gotta make it back to the hot tub......

Doesn’t look like he did much when you look at the stats....mostly because he didn’t have to. The patriots had no answer for Henry so it was a well-called game for Tennessee to ride him all the way to the W. Tannehill made a couple gutsy runs to convert first downs and the nice TD pass early on a 3rd down as well...also made the dumb INT, first play I can remember this season where he looked like he was back in Miami.
At the end of the day, if Henry can’t be stopped why wouldn’t you feed him all game long? Great win for Tennessee.

It was the first time I saw him rattled. That fumbled handoff was a pants crapping moment. But he made the throws (to Firkser.. because, who else?) that he needed. He'll need to play more under control next week. Peters will take one of those mistakes back for 6 on you. But hell, it was Tannehill's first playoff game against a defense that showed plenty of blanket coverage.

I don’t think Tannehill is the one being slept on. IMO the entire Titans team is very underrated

Eli
Flacco
Foles
Sanchez
Plummer
And now Tannehill.
Who are quarterbacks not named Peyton that beat Brady in the playoffs?

Tannehill managed the game stats wasn't eye popping. Henry ran over the pats d. They stacked the box and he was still getting 4-5 yards per carry. I agree if they can do that keep Jackson off the field they have a chance. I am a die hard Titans fan, It's going to be a tough game but any given sunday or saturday lol. It's going to be a fun game to watch.

Let me tell you a little story about this card.
I love the Mariota 2015 Topps chrome SSP auto. I subbed and still own the pop 1 PSA 10 and it’s still one of my favorite cards I own despite the value ostensibly pooping itself.
I actually loved the Topps Chrome SSP base autos in general, owned multiple Carrs and Winstons.
I always understood the Tannehill to be one of the absolute toughest base autos ever. As a Titans fan I started buying Tannehill really stupidly late, probably because I believed too long on MM8 (as a Bears fan I did invest like $80 into two Chase Daniel NTs though smh), and I remember the first night or two when I started really going after Tannehill, I went to bed deciding between a base chrome auto for 50 bin or a red refractor /25 for 45 bin/bo, not even considering the fact that those cards might be gone. And they were both gone in the morning. I did end up getting a red later on for 75 but as a Topps chrome SSP base auto guy that is seriously one of the most painful misses in years
Sorry that was long
