Reggie Golden

WHo is he and why are his prices so high all of a sudden? he went from a 3 dollar to a 13 dollar auto it seems almost overnight. Meanwhile he isnt making any top 100 lists. so my question is basically why the sudden price jump? what makes him so special?

One source had this, having him as the 6th rated Cubs' prospect:

Reggie Golden, OF, Grade B-: Enormous potential but very raw.

Baseball America is not as impressed, as he is 23rd on the Cubs' list from them.

He's very young but not sure why the recent spike.

thanks! I see he was a 2nd round pick. Cubs must see alot in him. Seems most cubs have seen a spike lately more than other teams prospects (i.e. Trey Mcnutt)

Too bad all that talent is realistically a good 1-2 years from the Bigs
