Lol Pretty funny. If you win no matter what he is gonna get you in shipping. Maybe thats why his shipping DSR is 4.7 and probably dropping after this auction.

Well if you're smart as a buyer you just lower your max bid by the shipping amount.

True, but to put that in the auction itself is pretty retarded. Someone or just about anyone who is gonna buy those cards is gonna ding him for it.

Quote me I said it. His DSR is 4.7 now and bet it goes to 4.6. :p

I guess my only argument is why is the shipping charge his fault when you still decided to follow through with the purchase? If the charge offends you don't purchase.

I agree with you on 99.9% of the auctions as that is usually the rule of thumb, but in this case he is saying outright that he is gonna charge you to either email the 5 codes (basically saying he charges for keystrokes), or if you want pictures He charges more (He recoups 1/3 of film cost most likely if it is regular and if digital again he pays nothing for the upload), or he says he will ship PWE for 2 bucks (it costs 1 stamp for those 5 codes 2 at best plus the envelope so unwarranted again).

My point is the stupidity behind the charge, and not necessarily the charge itself on this particular item.

I get that, and I understand it from that point of view. Maybe his email service charges him to send an email. lol

I did think of that, but a long shot at best. I will be visiting this one in a few days to see if he got dinged. :D

This is a foolish seller ASKING for a low DSR. Yes, you can lower your overall bid or whatever, but the fact remains that when it comes time to rate the seller you are going to remember that he charged you handsomely for an email.
