So I redid my entire store to sell virtually everything for $0.99 w/$2.99 shipping for first item and each additional item added with no additional shipping charge when paid in a single payment.

This works when a buyer purchases, say, 7 of the same item - it just adds $2.99 shipping and it's fine.

But when a person buys three different items, say one each of Topps team sets from 2015, 2016, and 2017, it for some reason charges $2.99, then adds $1 for each additional item. So this buyer gets charged $4.99 for shipping three items, despite each individual listing being set up as $2.99 first item and each additional free.

What am I doing wrong? It is a pain to refund these shipping overages added by Ebay, but right now I'm stumped and have no other solution.

Sounds like you still have your base shipping rules in your Ebay preferences set to add extra shipping per item.

Well how about that? I went in to shipping preferences and it had $1 added for second and third & subsequent purchases - I ticked the "free shipping" box next to each line, so hopefully that solves it!

Never would have figured that out on my own. :o

Thanks very much! :)!
