Amazon is probably your best bet if you are willing to buy in bulk. I've bought these before

Agreed here. Always make sure to check the site and also their Ebay account (threeb) as sometimes one has a cheaper price for the amount you are looking to buy.

I've bought from threeb ebay account several times. One warning though, double check what you are buying. He sometimes spams his ebay listing titles with multiple sizes of bubble mailers, when only one of the types is available. I got duped into buying #0000 size mailers when I wanted #000. He had both sizes in the title, and I didn't catch it.

I pick up two different sizes. I barely sell much, so they last me while. I have always resorted to the FUGLOBAL brand on amazon. ive actually shipped cards to PSA in these, thats how sturdy I think they are.
I pick up black #000 poly mailers for smaller stuff. I usually ship any PSA graded cards in them with plenty of room for supporting cardboard. ive actually fit 3 slabs with cardboard slats in them. self adhesive is strong and are tear and water resistant and for this reason I will ONLY ship cards in polymailers. dont ship in the manila Kraft ones, they can soak through if left on a porch in the rain. I get a sleeve of 50 on amazon for $7.95 prime shipped ($0.15 per mailer). these have been my go to, and think ill stop buying the size 0. and for aesthetics and to keep the corners from getting snagged, I cut/taper the flap before sealing. makes a nice clean look. and theres no way someone is ripping it open and resealing without destroying it. these usually need to be cut open once sealed.

then for bigger stuff, I grab their blue size #0 for $6.99 for 25.
