I'm rather surprised that Mike Vrabel or Kyle Shanahan didn't win Coach of the Year, but I really can't say that John Harbaugh didn't deserve it. The guy put together a hell of a team this year.

Kyle Shanahan was much more deserving. Taking a 4-12 team to the #1 seed.

I really think they need to start taking playoffs into consideration when giving out these awards. Harbaugh had a talent loaded team that choked in the playoffs him or Roman did not deserve their awards.
