Do any modern products have actual game used pieces of memorabilia in their cards? To be clear, are there any cards that say, "game used" instead of "player worn"? You'd think the high end products would but they don't...
"Player-worn" cards are not hits!

They are getting slimmer but there are some still. Usually they come from teams that Panini has licenses with AKA Cowboys, Bengals, Broncos, Dolphins

Sadly the masses seem to not care if it's real or fake. They're ok with it being a 4 colored patch from China vs. one color game used. I'd rather have game used.

The same goes for all these lower numbered cards, there are far too many 1/1s and low numbered cards coming out of the same sets.

Certified Gamers out of Certified and Game Day Swatches from Limited are the only ones I can think of at the moment. The drawback to them however, is that while the patches jerseys are certified to be game used/worn, most of the players on the checklist are not big names or are garbage.

Exactly this. But it probably doesn't help the hefty price they paid for the NFL license which could be part of the reason there is less game used stuff but I could also just be making excuses for Panini

If you follow the veteran patch card sales over the years the largest sales were player worn/manufactured patches and not game used. Huge sales from all across the board in high end sets. Every single Upperdeck Exquisite college set used player worn (other than the 1st year where they used some NFL jerseys on their college cards), the topps definitive jumbo 1/1s were all manufactured patches and were selling regularly in the $500-800 range, the 1st year of flawless they were caught saying patches were game used but were found to be player worn...did that stop the masses from opening all of it? Nope.
Basically the older game used sets don't hold any premium over the newer player worn stuff and the player worn stuff is still selling too well. So from a business stand point they aren't going to buy all gamers. It sucks indeed..
The other issue I see with gamers is there are only so many jerseys to go around. Older HOF players from the 80s and older...just how many jerseys are out there and why would you want them cut up just to be on a card that no one will care about when the next shiny set comes out. Imo they really shouldn't have patch/jersey cards at all except the rookie premier player worn stuff as everyone would know its player worn and it adds some differential to the zounds of rookie cards made.
