Previous Members ID's on Ebay not showing anymore???

Another BO member brought it to my attention and I am following up on his claim. Did Ebay change ability to see previous ID's that accounts had?

Is there a thread on this already that I did not see?

I looked around and could not find anything....maybe did not look hard enough

Any insight would be greatly appreciated
