Sold a $500 lot on eBay through a buy it now best offer. Buyer paid I shipped immediately he is requested a refund. Says he misread the title. I'm a little worried he might try to scam me on the return. Sent wrong item incomplete or empty envelope all together. Any suggestions on how I can protect myself from getting ripped. I'm okay with the return as long as the item is actually returned? Any experience or tips would be greatly appreciated
