Just be ready for a letter stating some of your cards are backordered.

So your account just disappears after today or you just cannot redeem codes after today?

Code Redemptions ended around 2/1/11 and 2/28/11 was the last day to order shipments of your cards. Anything not claimed will be donated to charity or something like that (cough, cough).

I wonder if Topps needs to go on the secondary market to find the 8,000+ 2001 Topps Ivan Rodriguez cards that were unlocked.
