COMC's new Processing Fee Pricing

What's up with COMC charging an additional 50 cents a card to remove toploaders if you are using the new One Week Processing Service which costs $1 per card?

I believe if you are paying COMC $1 per card for processing then you should NOT have to pay an additional fee to remove toploaders.

not a fan of the obscure added fee. that is part of the allure of finding odd stuff that no one else has. $0.50 extra per item is going to really cut down on those submissions possibly.

Contact them. If they don’t reply or don’t change the policy, don’t use that service. If you insist on sending using that service level, don’t send in toploaders.

Grab a stack of 25 cards in sleeves and a stack of 25 cards in toploaders, then time yourself for how long it takes to get each stack of cards to raw form. That's why.

I believe that COMC does not give a rats ass what any of us think.

It's more of a deterrent than anything. I'm certainly not ok with it but if they doubled it from 5 cents to 10 cents....people would still be using them. Now it can eat into serious profits if you make the mistake of sending in a submission full of toploaders and you probably won't make the same mistake twice.
