Title says it all. Never shipped a lot of this size before. I'm thinking small-flat-rate box? Will they all fit? Just not sure. Any input is greatly appreciated! :)!

I use the flat rate bubble mailer a lot.

This. You should be able to fit 240 cards (individually sleeved or not) into a 400ct box, which fits well inside a flat rate bubble mailer. I wrap the box in another bubble mailer.

Agree with the above. Cards go into a 300ct or 400ct box....box goes into a padded flat rate priority envelope. Padding goes around the box inside the mailer....done deal.

Just make sure the cards don't rattle around inside the box!

Pretty sure you can do 250 cards sleeved then team bagged into small flat rate BOX which allows you to skip the box in mailer option IF you don't have a 400 ct. box

Both of the above options make sense. Was hoping I could sleeve them and get them in the small box but a box inside the mailer also seems pretty secure. Don't have a box though. Thanks for the input everybody :)!
