There is a shop in Rock Hill I was planning to try before all the shutdown stuff happened. I miss the days when there was a shop in the old Greenville Mall.

There's a place in Boiling Springs, just north of Spartanburg, called 10th Inning Sports and Collectibles. They had a decent stock when I went a year back before moving out west. Not sure how the increase in box prices will affect things though. Boiling Springs also has a good brewery called New Groove if you're into beer.

I don't know of any local shops but the Barnyard Flea Market in Greer has several dealers that have cards. Went today and there were three or four spots that had a decent selection. There are also a couple of card shows in the area and I think the next one is March 6th in Spartanburg.
