Retail World of Sports

So I got a retail box of WOS at Walmart today, 20 bucks, 11 packs, 1:10 auto odds. I figured why not... Yeah no auto. :mad: I contacted Upper Deck but I'm pretty sure I'm SOL due to their fine print that says nothing is guaranteed in any particular pack box or case. :mad::mad::mad: Anyone know if UD will do anything?

Same thing here, no auto (1:10), jersey (1:20), or clear insert (1:20).

I'd be inclined to believe this. Those odds posted are the exact same odds as Hobby packs. I don't think Upper Deck has ever put out a retail product that was about 25% the cost of hobby, but everything had the same odds.

FWIW I happend to have the box sitting right next to my desk (messy office ftw). It reads "this box contains an assortment of 2010 upper deck world of sports trading cards. Randomly inserted into these specially marked packs are the following: autographed cards 1:10, memborabilia cards 1:20; clear competitior cards 1:20)..."

While I agree with ohiomike that this can't be the case because that would make blasters better than hobby (although hobby actually had way more hits that advertised), the text is certainly misleading. So if anyone goes to target to buy best value socks, be on alert for these characters.

Well, I actually ended up getting a response. Can't say I'm surprised.
