it should already be received, buyer open a case we exchange lots of emails

ebay today refund all money, i even lost 70 bucks on comission extre, its ridicolous

i never even know about signature confirmation, package waas sent by PWCC company

can you tell me what i have to do now? i contacted with paypal but on their site i see cause covid19 they dont work

i guess its pointless to contact ebay right now?

i cant believe i sold 4 items (3 to america going fast) and this one to taiwan, i never again send somethng to asia, and i probably leave ebay forever, what signature confirmation change in case like mine? nothing

do you think paypal refund me or i just have to count that maybe buyer receive item and send me money too (he said that but you know how it is its very easy to say something before card arrived and very easy to scam later)

Sorry, but they won't, they require signature confirmation on packages over $750 for seller protection

Thats not just an Ebay rule its a Paypal rule. You have to have it on anything over 750.00 or you will lose.

ok so what if item will be delivered? am i eligible to any refund or something? cause you know every seller which dont know about that rule could be pretty automaticly scam

so many times sellers send me over 750 item without any signature confirmation, i just cant believe it

So the package was sent by pwcc? Was this item on consignment?

I never used pwcc, so I don't know how they work. but why would you be on the hook for something they shipped? I assume they also were the seller.

i have items in pwcc vault, so they sending whatever i want whenever i want, i just pay for it

item was sent Priority Mail International Parcels, how is that doesnt have signature required? i mean when i order those kind a package i have to sign on that package

anybody knows how it works?

maybe this international parcels priority incl signature required, ebay didnt even contact me, they just dont care, i get automaticly response that i dont send them signature required, they dont even want it from me, they just cancel case and refund, no contact at all

It has been their policy for at least 15 years to require signature confirmation, it used to be on items of over 250 dollars but that changed about 8 or so years back. As far as they are concerned and the way many see it if you choose to use the platform you are responsible for knowing the policies on the item.

If it hasn't been delivered yet can't you call and recall the package? Not sure how international shipments work.

when i pick up international priority from usps i always have to signature confirm, i guess ebay didnt even look for it, the didnt even ask, they just refund

vikingfan101- i never heard about canceling when package is in transit, you tell me usps could do that?

If it has not been delivered then it does not matter if their is Signature Confirmation or not. It has to show delivered or you lose if its over 750.00 it has to show delivered with a signature. If it is still showing in transit then really the signature part is moot.

They don't have to, if it does not show delivered the policy is very clear. Cases like that are decided by a computer no person ever looks at them. Sellers are ultimately responsible for getting the item to the buyer if they cannot prove that they lose pretty much 100% of the time.

Had this been on just Paypal and not Ebay the results would have been the exact same you have to be able to prove delivery. So its not just an Ebay thing its virtually any site used. Amazon would be the same results same for Etsy and Mercari.

You might be ok. But do you have any direct contact with the buyer?

In this case given paypal and ebay have failed (due to issues listed above), but they are following their policies and procedures.

If the buyer is legit, and the package arrives they may send you the funds if they have a way to contact you directly (either email, or if say a ebay messaging its at least a way to communicate).

I've done this before and had others do it to me. I know we all hear the bad sides of things, but more often than not most collectors are honest and the overwhelming majority very much would rather have the item(s) than the refunds.

As others have stated there is a recall process available. Its possible, but gets harder once it crosses international lines.

hello i have update
paypal told me that buyer open a case with ebay and ebay decide with refund so ppal told me i have to contact with ebay only with it

on tracking i see package is only 400 miles near buyer right now
i have no contact with buyer at this moment, he stop responding to my emails when he receive refund

i contacted with ebay again so we see that

pretty weird paypal told me they have nothing to do with it but they froze money and refund, so thats their policy

If it does not show delivered you are out of luck. YOu are responsible for the delivery of the item if you sell on virtually any online platform.

ebay gave me info that i need to contact with buyer, he should send item back or keep money

BUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH i dont know if they realize how big mess they did, he stop responding my message after ebay return his money, zero contact,

i mean i have to rely on his honest

yesterday guy from taiwan receive his item

he didnt contact me in past 60 days

ebay sent me message they dont care and i need to contact with buyer

so i lost 1400usd

im just curious if i need to contact with police department in his city or its just waste of my time

just cant believe how ebay love to be judge and than they just dont care

Good luck with that, unless you speak mandarin - may have to chalk it up as an expensive lesson to use the GSP if you're shipping overseas and the criticality of signature confirmation on high $$ orders

you know what buddy? i have 2 packages from asia to me at this moment both 60 days already, i CAN EASILY SCAM THEM BOTH but i wont do that and im wait, just be human being

Horrible situation.... Did you call ebay?? You really NEED to in cases like this ASAP... and keep calling until a rep does somthing!!

So at the bottom of the eBay.com/help page… Scroll all the way to the bottom and click contact us… Then in order to get them to call you you will have to choose carefully… The pictures I put up above will get somebody to call you back and help you with your case… I had a guy open an item not received case against me yesterday, he somehow got the item forwarded to different address mid delivery… Over $400… I was freaking out c "confirmed delivery" was a diff state than it was going to....But once they called me the guy close the case in my favor almost immediately… Once he saw what was going on... not dealing with a bot was key... Without that guy and without figuring out how to get a hold of eBay I would’ve been out all the money… I wish you the best of luck

yes theire emails to me look like bot contacting with me, every single message is from different bot/person so in every message you have to explain them over and over again

anyway ebay claim they dont give me any refund when case is closed

ppal doesnt care, they claim that case was provided by ebay and i need to contact with ebay, and ebay want me contact with buyer who stop responding on my messages 60 days and didnt contact me after receive item which is a scam at this moment



when item still was in transit, i contacted ebay and they told me item need to be delivered if i want them to step forward, i was pretty sure they mean refund, apperently after delivered they forward me to buyer, it doesnt make any sense, to be honest i prefer to item burn in hell instead encourage scammers like buyers to have item and money



i just dont understand why ebay didnt see nothing wrong that i lost everything and they told me they dont refund even after delivered, i thought its pretty obvious that in this kinda type of cases like delay delivery they backup seller when item finally arrive and just take money from buyer account or just cover it with their money



is there any seller who was in situation like mine?
