Game of Thrones Season 8 case - Amazing case (with pics)

Been lurking around these forums for a few months, but only recently signed up to post. It's been nice seeing what everyone pulls from their non-sport boxes/cases. It's time I posted. I love Game of Thrones. I have opened a case of each product since season 1. This year was no exception. I got my case about a week ago and was pleasantly surprised to see the pulls. Probably one of the best cases I ever opened with the exception of Season 1.

The best hits are pictured, but one of them is missing (dual autograph of Asbaek/Rissman). I gave that one to my friend who is a fan but really can't afford to buy this stuff.

Here is the breakdown.

Sketch by Javier Gonzalez. I love this sketch as it captures the moment Sansa puts the stark pin on Theon's dead body before lighting the pyres. It's a really emotional moment in the episode. The artist detail is amazing.

Agreed! The contrast between some cases is shocking. Super glad mine was a winner but also quite alarmed that fellow collectors are spending good money to get bad cases. :(

This is the moment in the show that the sketch was drawn from. Sansa putting the Stark sigil pin on Theon before lighting the pyres. Apologize for the dark photo, it's the best I could find.

Thanks guys, appreciate the comments. I'm currently debating on whether to pull the trigger on another case. My friends tell me no as I already hit two of the biggest cards in the set. I would love to nail a Bean/Fairley or a Leslie "You know Nothing" autos. Heck, even a nice Bean inscription would suffice. Looks like the cases are a little more pricey compared to release price. I'm thinking another couple of months to see if it comes down. Thoughts?

I'd probably wait to see if the prices come down. I hit a Waldau The Things I do for Love Inscription, Fairley/Bean Dual Auto, Turner Relic/Auto, and Turner/Dinklage Booklet in my case. The Turner/Dinklage sold prices have really surprised me that they are selling for less than $300. I still have mine as well as the Fairley/Bean. I sold my Waldau off ebay for a little less than I would have netted after fees on ebay but it went to a good home. I sold my Turner relic on ebay for $190. I thought I would have gotten more than that for the relic/auto but that was around the going rate when it sold.

I think they will come down in price. Once people get their PC inscriptions and sets done, there will be less demand. I'm already seeing $10 inscriptions on ebay, but that was expected.

I agree. I only have the Acetate set left to complete but I'm not sure if I will try to or not.
