How do you grade these UD four on four cards?

These are not my cards but I’m curious on how to go about it. Please do share if you have an idea

I’ve graded cards in the past but I’ve never graded cards with COA’s such as this one - how would it all work?

Put it in a sleeve and card saver and send it off to get graded.
Pay the $25 and get it back in a year. Another $10-$15 for shipping.
Cards worth almost as much to get it graded as it’s worth

Pretty sure OP meaning since the COA is a separate card, could be wrong though

sending in the COA, at least to BGS in my experience, is a dicey proposition. I've sent several buyback autos in with separate COAs and you don't always get it back because they're just too lazy to care. Sad really
