Someone told me they heard on the radio that he's out for the year. But I read his X-ray was negative on Saturday. So maybe just a bad report.

pretty sure it's a bad report. woj reported 6 minutes after i read this thread that the time table is 7-10 days. no way some radio station has the breaking news before nba/yahoo/espn.

Anyways, I am sure we will hear more after the Clippers 5 game road trip. Maybe EJ is still on pace to return in 7-10 days.

If Eric Gordon doesn't play after that, then maybe Clipper Darrell was correct.

As far as card values going down, lol. I highly doubt that. He has proven to be one of the better scorers this season.

Should just shut Gordon down even if he can come back before the end of the season. Really what would be the point of him playing? Clippers are out of it, he has already proved he can play in this league, he had a long summer of basketball, and him not playing will let some of the even younger guys get some PT and develop a bit

no. the only way they develop is to play with their best 5 out there and win games to gain confidence for next season. that's how the thunder developed. you don't develop by playing your crap players that aren't really going to play that much anyway. the combination of griffin/williams/gordon/jordan have yet to really play together for a full game. the end of the season is a great way to evaluate how they can play and what they can do, and gordon sitting out dampers that.
